The Dunlop Fuels/Home Hardware Novice Rep team earned wins against Kincardine and Goderich this weekend. The Storm demonstrated outstanding effort, teamwork and determination through out the weekend. With some illness running through the team, the Storm had their work cut out for them.....

Storm Novice Rep played in the Durham Huskies Tournament on Saturday and came way with a 1-1 record and just falling short of an appearance in the Championship Final. The Storm played an consistent game throughout the day with solid team play and passing. Storm defensive trio, Jack Middleton, Nolan Dereski & Issac Fewster worked well together clearing the puck from our zone and setting up their wingers. Austin Fewster played a solid game in net making key saves on scrambles in front of the net. Game One summary....

Home Hardware/Dunlop Fuels Novice BB started the New Year with a convincing 9-3 win. Hard work and team play were key in this convincing win over the Kincardine Kinucks on Friday night.

Port Elgin Home Hardware/Dunlop Fuels Novice BB travelled to Kincardine Sunday for a hard fought battle with the Kinucks followed by some Christmas cheer. The Storm opened the game strong and continued to put pressure on the Kinuck goalie.

The Home Hardware/Dunlop Fuels Novice Rep travelled to Mitchell Friday night for an evenly matched game against the Meteors. The game was scoreless for over two periods when the Storm's Ben Lalonde passed the puck up to Jack Middleton who slid the puck by the Meteor goalie. Meteors answered with two goals late in the third and took the win 2-1. The Storm played a hard fought battle and demonstrated great team effort by all. The Mitchell Meteors travelled north to Port Elgin for a rematch Sunday afternoon.....
