Second Straight Win for Novice BB
Port Elgin Home Hardware/Dunlop Fuels Novice BB travelled to Kincardine Sunday for a hard fought battle with the Kinucks followed by some Christmas cheer.  The Storm opened the game strong and continued to  put pressure on the Kinuck goalie.

Trevor Donaldson put the Storm on the board when he deked through several Kinuck players and slid it by the goalie.  The defensive team of Fewster, Dereski, Forsyth and Middleton continued to clear the puck out of our zone.   Half way through the second, Donaldson scored his second of the game with help from his wingers, Lalonde and Fewster. With a minute left in the game, the Kincardine Kinucks were unable to take advantage of the extra player.  Justin Marlowe scored on their empty net and secured the Storm's 3-0 win. The Storm's goalie Tarik McKay earned his second shutout of the season.

After the game, the Kincardine Novice Rep team invited the Storm Novice to join in their Christmas festivities.  It was a great chance for all of the players to get to know each other and have fun.
Thanks again to Mark Long, Rob Bishop and the rest of the players and families from Kincardine.
