Midget C Girls, U18 (OMHA), 2011-2012 (Saugeen Shores Minor Hockey)

The storm always brews before the lightning strikes.  That was the case during the finals of the WOAA Midget C girls year end championship weekend.  The Port Elgin Lions/Walkerhouse Midge C girls came out with a vengence after notching only 1 regular season win.

The second game of the playdown was a win for our midget C girls.  They won 4-3.  The smiles of our team was just awesome.

Our midget C girls played their first playdown of this season on Feb. 11, 2012 at the Plex.  It was a disappointing loss to TCDMHA.

Midget C girls win first game against Georgian Shores on Sat. Feb 4 in Meaford.  The girls played to win and played as a team.

The Midget C, Port Elgin Lions/Walkerhouse girls played their first league game at home this afternoon.  It was a fast paced, nail-biting game as both teams had chances and the goalies were outstanding.  Laura Steele had her first hat-trick of the season.
