BDO Dunwoody Atom's Down TCDMHA
The BDO Dunwoody Saugeen Shores Atom BB team played host to the TCHMHA. The Storm was on the score board first as Justin Marlowe took a shot and Hunter Cannon got the rebound. With 3.6 seconds left in the first, Hunter Cannon made the pass to Cam Lightfoot who got the goal.
The Storm was putting on the pressure throughout the second period but TCDMHA managed to get at goal at 7:54. Soon after, Justin Marlowe got a breakaway with Isaac Fewster following incase of a rebound but Justin put it in himself. The Storm were on the power play early in the third but the penalty just ended as Emma Vanhaelemeesch passed to Justin Marlowe behind the net who fed it out front to Cam Lightfoot and he put it in the net. Three minutes later, The Storm was on the power play again. This time Cam Lightfoot passed the puck to Jack Middleton who took the shot and Hunter Cannon put in the rebound. Excellent passing by William Forsyth, Kent Ribey and Nolan Dereski on defense, some good scoring chance from Ben Lalonde and Brayden Horseman and great job by Christian Doubt in net as the Storm win it 5-1.
