Rosner/Krown Atom AE take the win over Tiverton
The Atom AE team came out strong after a long break!!! Right from the first face off against Tiverton the boys took control.
In the first period the Rosner/Krown team controlled the puck with alot of passing to smoke one by the Tiverton goalie only 20 seconds into the game, Nick Lammie scored and assist goes to Murray Martin. Minutes later Korey Thomas fired one through the pipes assisted by Malcolm McIntosh. The Tiverton Thunder had some good chances but couldn't get it by Jake Ackert in net. After the first period of play the Storm was ahead by 4 goals, Murray Martin got one past in the top corner assisted by defence Brennan Harvie followed by Will Rickerbys top shelf goal assisted by defence Kelly Cobean. The second period was even play and with alot of effort from all players, Kenneth Bollen got on the board with Nick lammie assisting follow by Korey Thomas' second of the game assisted by Murray Martin. Jake Ackert had some excitement in front of the net stopping shots and then the rebound to keep the Storm ahead 6-0. In the third period our forwards kept firing at the net Kenneth Bollen, Nick Lammie and Will Rickerby all ranked up there points with another goal each. The Storm defence gained points on the goals -Cole fraser with 2 and 1 to Jakob Greig. The Tiverton Thunder got on board with a quick slap shot to end the game 9-1 for the Storm.
