Moving on to the OMHA Semi Finals
The Unifor Atom Rep team are moving on to the OMHA Semi Finals after an exciting OT win against the Lincoln Blades 4-3 on Friday night at home.
It was a three game sweep by the Storm who will now face the Tillsonburg Tornadoes which the Storm are one and one against this season.
The scoring in the game came from Joey Ackert in the first period assisted by Spencer Sutter and Corey Ribey. In second period Kaya Hall scored a nice goal with assists from Spencer Sutter and Sam Kozelenko. Then again in the second period Skyler Pomroy scored the third Storm goal assisted by Corey Ribey and the goalie Jarrett Blue. Then in an exciting overtime the Storm's Skyler Pomroy scored again with assists coming from Zahne Barton and Spencer Sutter to win the game.
Good job by all the Storm players in a well played series. Go get those Tornadoes now!
