Affiliated Players Update
Novice LL #2 Team Officials would like to thank all the parents and the players themselves for accepting our Affiliated Players in such a welcoming manner.
Notwithstanding that our particular team’s practices are well attended, the attendance of additional bodies has not been considered disturbing. We commend those other coaches and Association parents who also realize the benefit that affiliation brings. The development and skill level of our young AP tykes and the current skill set being witnessed on our Novice LL teams is encouraging and will no doubt have a domino effect throughout the SSMHA in years to come. Also, one must not overlook the positives that these AP’s bring back to their own program. On our particular team we have six AP’s who have been attending all of our practices when their schedules do not conflict and as a bonus they have been playing in games in the absences of regular players. This has been working well. To all the SSMHA teams: THINK DEVELOPMENT.
