Storm Tie Teeswater Saturday
The Saugeen Shores Legault's Independent Grocer Storm Midget AE's tied their Saturday afternoon game against the Teeswater midget rep team 3-3 in a WOAA regular season game.
Opening the scoring was the Storm's Justin Greig on a first period powerplay goal setup by Justin Lamont.However the first period ended tied at ones.
The Storm took the lead again in the second period on a goal by Stephen Pilar with assists going to Josh Stewart and Justin Greig. The Storm added to its lead on a goal from Colton Hall setup by Chris Gundrum for a 3-1 lead at the end of the second.
However,penalties allowed Teeswater to get a powerplay goal at the 10 minute mark of the third and the equalizer with less then 3 minutes to play in the game.
