PeeWee Girls C, 2008-2009 (Saugeen Shores Minor Hockey)

The Remax/Midsummers Cafe Pee Wee C girls started off the new year with a silver medal at the 13th annual Woodstock Wildcats girls tournament.

The ReMax/Midsummer’s Café peewee C girls decided that instead of a holiday gift exchange, they would donate the money that would have been spent on gifts.

This past weekend, November 14-16, the Saugeen Shores Storm ReMax/Midsummer Café peewee C girls hockey team travelled to Barrie to play in the Sharkfest Tournament. A total team effort resulted in the girls capturing the gold medal.

There was a storm brewing inside the Plex on Sunday as the Midsummers Cafe/Remax Pee Wee C girls faced Mt. Forest for the first time this season.

The Midsummers Cafe/Remax Pee Wee C girls came out strong to defeat Tiverton, 8 - 1. The girls skated hard and passed well en route to their victory. Their next game is on Wednesday in Markdale, and their first regular season game is in Walkerton on Saturday. Way to go Girls!
