Storm Off to a Great Start in Oakville
The Storm travelled to Oakville today to take part in the Oakville Hornets Girls Tourney with 114 other girl's team. The girls faced a tough opponent in their first game versus the host Oakville Hornets and fell by a score of 5-2. The girls rebounded well in their second game and skated past the Kitchener Lady Rangers by a score of 2-1 in a great game!
MVP in the first game was Tehya, and the golden stick went to Makayla. MVP in the second game was Gracelyn, and the golden stick went to Ashlin. Courtney scored two goals today, Tehya potted one and Maggie scored the game winner in game two. Tehya also had two assists and Gracelyn also added an assist. Great games today girls and great start.
