Storm PeeWee Girls HL Tie Walkerton
Wow, what a game! In a warmup prior to next week's playoffs the Storm hosted the first place Capitals for an exhibition game and played arguably their best game of the year and came away with a hard fought, exciting, 3-3 tie.
Ashlin played incredible in net and Makayla scored the first goal, from Madison and Maggie. Morgan scored the second goal from Courtney and then Courtney scored the goal of the year, skating the length of the ice, with the Storm down by two players, with three girls in the penalty box, to score and tie the game as the buzzer sounded, with no time left on the clock, wow! Courtney was named player of the game and received the golden stick.
