This isn't a write up about the weather! The Storm set in when Saugeen Storm AE brought thunder and lighting with them to Clinton for a 6-0 victory over BCH at the Central Huron Community Thursday evening. Not the most eloquent, nor the most organized game, but an effective game will be what it will be called.
Many chances were had, and many opportunities were lost, but 6 of these turned into points on the scoreboard for the storm. It was s slow start, almost at a stale mate when Emmett Jackson broke the ice and made it 1-0 in the first period. Second period we started to get our bearings. Carson Anderson and Hunter Palinsky both offered to bump up the scores making it 3-0 after the second. Speeding up in the third,Storm managed to strike 3 more times. Brodie Palinsky, Carson Anderson, and Lucas Harris add points to the board tally in up a 6-0 win. Assists for the goals were sprinkled around including 2 for Owen and Hunter and one for each Charlie Lucas and Wes.. Nice work boys! Off to Collingwood Friday for more hockey action taking on Dorchester for a 10am start to our silver stick regional tourney. Good luck boys.
