The Saugeen Shores Martins’ Bike Shop Storm Midget 'A's beat the Walkerton Dental Centre Capitals 11-0 in a WOAA regular season game played Monday night in Walkerton.
Brett McCulloch was in goal for Saugeen Shores to earn the shutout.
Leading the way for the Saugeen Shores was Josh Perdue with three(3) goals and two(2) goals each by Ian MacKay and Luke Czuczman.
Storm single goal scorers were Zach Walker, Garrett Lewis, Tyler D’Angelo and Russ MacMillan.
Game Notes:
The shutout was Brett McCulloch's second shutout of the season. Previousily, he shutout Kincardine 2-0 back on September 25th.
The eleven(11) goals scored were the most in one game this season by the Midget BB`s.
In the last two(2) games (both on the road), the Storm has scored a total of nineteen(19) goals. The line of Zach Walker, Ian MacKay and Garrett Lewis has accounted for ten(10) of the goals and the line of Josh Perdue, Bill Kelly and Luke Czuczman has accounted for seven(7) of the goals.
