The Saugeen Shores Bantam A/E Bruce County Physiotherapy/Lakeshore Recreation team played in Elma Logan on last Saturday. The Storm fought hard to earn a 3-2 victory for their second win of the season. Scoring for the Storm were Justin Greg, Tanner MacAulay and Colton Hall.
The Storm then came home for a game against Goderich. David McGinnis made some big saves early on to keep the Storm in the game. Jesse Cannon had a great chance to score in front, after a nice feed from Taylor Schihl, but his shot went wide. James Besito had a great chance to score on a wrap around, but was stopped. Goderich was able to open the scoring with five minutes remaining in the 2nd period. The Storm fought hard for the equalizer, but couldn’t score. Goderich was able to add another one to win 2-0.
The Storm now have a game on Saturday in Mitchell
