Goalie Styles
Hey goalies and goalie parents (or anybody that questions modern goal tending). Here is an interesting article from the OMHA explaining the evolution of goal tending and the different styles of play.

One specific style doesn't work for everyone. All athletes are a different. Our goalie development sessions, and what all goalie programs should be based on, are using the goalies athletic gifts to adapt to what works for them.
