Breakaways!
Hey SSMHA goalie union! Check out the attached video. We worked on breakaways this week with the older group. This video touches on a number great points we worked on.
-Solid, athletic move from goal line to top of crease
-Matching the speed of the shooter
-Closing the gap on the shooter as they get closer
Looking forward to the younger group (Tyke, Novice and remaining Atom local league) next week.
