TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:Ontario Minor Hockey Association Sanctioned - O.M.H.A. rules will apply
Maximum 8 teams per division. Games will be played at either the Saugeen Shores Plex or the Southampton Coliseum. First game will be no earlier than 12:00 pm Friday November 2, 2018
Note: Games may start as early as 8:00 a.m. on Saturday Nov 3 or Sunday Nov 4 ALL GAMES WILL BE 10 min, Stop Time Periods
TOURNAMENT FEE: $700.00 per team. CHEQUES TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO: Saugeen Shores Minor Hockey Association. Please provide the following registration information:

5. Head Coach (name and contact information)
6. Manager (name and contact information)
7. Team Colours (home and away)
Note: Travel Permits and Team Rosters are required prior to participation in tournament games.
