Local League Evaluations
Hockey season is fast approaching, with Local League evaluations beginning next week.
Thank you to all the parents who have volunteered to help on the ice during evaluations. We could use a few more volunteers for each skate. Please send Mary Campbell (LL VP) an email if you plan on assisting. The schedule is posted on the SSMHA website. An email will be sent out with your child's time slot, later this week.For those families that are new to minor hockey, evaluation skates take place to assess each child's skill level. Every effort is made to ensure each team has a fair mix of players. All players will receive an email from their new coach within a few days of the evaluation.To all the parents who have expressed interest in coaching this year, please confirm asap, so that we can advertise for any vacant positions.Thank you!
