OWHA Body Positioning Clinic
ATTENTION OWHA U13, U15 and U18 players and parents, SSMHA will be offering the body position clinic again this year.
🔹There will be a $10 fee for the 1 hour clinic.
🔹There is a limit of 25 spaces for each age group, so don’t wait.
The focus of the session is to teach our young athletes body positioning to avoid injuries, improve puck possession and recovery techniques.
The session will run on August 27 at the Plex:
🏒 U13 6-7pm
🏒 U15 7-8pm
🏒 U18 8-9pm
