The Director of Ice Scheduling position is open to a vote at the SSMHA AGM March 11.
The duties of the Director of Ice Scheduling are:
a) Submiting a forecast of estimated ice requirements to the President to be forwarded to the Community Services Department by April 15th each year for the following hockey season
b) Scheduling ice on the website for games and practices, in order to meet requirements identified by the Budget
c) Reviewing the monthly ice bill and identifying any discrepancies to the Treasurer
d) Providing for the budget committee, a projection of the next season’s ice requirements and cost, based on estimated enrolment
