Submitted By Stephen Ballard on Sat 06 01, 19
We will be having the FINAL 2019 In-Person Registration Session on...

June 4th from 5:30-7:30 pm

The Plex, Meeting Room (just off the main arena lobby) 600 Tomlinson Dr, Port Elgin

Please bring your child's birth certificate or a copy to add to their hockey association profile. Players in the following categories must register in person. (This can be done with cheque or cash ONLY.)

1. ANY and ALL new registrants to hockey. All new registrants must have a birth certificate to put on file.

2. Players transferring into SSMHA from another hockey association.

3. New players 9 years of age and older. Due to OMHA regulations, new players in this age group cannot be registered online.

4. Families in need of financial assistance may be eligible for subsidy through:        “Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program”      "Kidsport Ontario Program"      "Minor Hockey Subsidy Program"

Players registering for the OWHA (Girls' Hockey) program may also wish to come to In-Person registration, since the ITSportsnet website does not allow credit card payment.

Players who have previously been registered in the OMHA (Boys' Hockey) do not need to attend In-Person registration, but can register online (unless paying with cash). Please see the Online Registration page for details.
