Bantam LL, 2009-2010 (Saugeen Shores Minor Hockey)

Last night, the team finished back to back games against Arran Elderslie.  Both games were very close and very exciting.  The boys played one of their best games on wednesday night at the Colliseum in Southampton.  Arran Elderslie opened the scoring 2 minutes into the third period.  Only 2 minutes later Henry Fryday of Saugeen Shores tied it up with a goal that was unassisted.  With no more scoring in the third period, the game was taken into overtime.  1 minute into overtime Chesley ended the game with the winning goal. The Final score was 2-1 for A E.  Two days later, we met up with them ...
