Help Support OWHA U18B's PJ Drive
Our Saugeen Shores Storm U18B girls-proudly sponsored by the Port Elgin Lion's Club, are inviting everyone to help us in our "Mission of Kindness".This is our 5th Annual Pyjama Drive, in support of the Women's Centre Grey Bruce. This was initiated in 2021 by Diane and Ashley Shields and is something that we are passionate about keeping alive.
The Women's Centre Grey Bruce supports women and children as they build safe and sustainable lives free from abuse and violence.
We would love your help and support to make this year the best one yet.
We will be collecting pyjamas (must be new with tags) at our last 4 home games leading up to the holiday break. Sizes needed include Women's small-3XL and Kids 6months-XL.
Collection Dates include:
Nov 15th at 4:15pm, @Southampton Coliseum
Dec 3rd at 8pm, @ Plex
Dec 6th at 4:14p, @ Southampton Coliseum
Dec 10th at 8pm, @ Plex
There is so much more to hockey, than the game itself. The girls have learned the importance of how vital team work is on the ice in order to be successful. This PJ drive is an example of how TEAM WORK extends into our community.
Last year we collected 802 pairs! We are more than happy to pick up locally for anyone wanting to donate. E-transfers are also welcome, [email protected], and we will happily take care of the shopping.
