In-Person registration night
SSMHA will be hosting an in-person registration night.
In-person registration will be held on Wednesday June 5th from 630pm-830pm. This registration will take place at the James Mason Centre, 47 French Bay Rd. on Saugeen First Nations.
Please ensure you bring the following items:
-Birth Certificate of child you are registering
-Proof of residency (government or utility bill with current address)
-Payment (credit card or e-transfer)
