NOTE: Early bird prices end June 30th, and registration itself ends August 31st.
****** Any player registering after June 30 2019 may be placed on a waiting list.
****** IMPORTANT NOTES FOR 2019/20
****** Payments can be in instalments for Regular Registrations completed prior to June 30.
****** Deposit must be made by June 30 or the registration is considered late.
****** Full payment must be received no later than August 31, 2019
****** Any returned cheques will be subject to additional fees and must be replaced by cash only
****** Parents/guardians are required to complete the online OMHA 'Respect in Sport' module
****** We are strongly recommending that all Bantam and Midget aged players complete pre-concussion testing prior to the start of the season.
