Tournament Registration Check in
1) One Person from each team must check in at Tournament Headquarters at Port
Elgin at the Plex. The person designated by the team MUST CHECK IN A
MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED START TIME OF
YOUR FIRST SCHEDULED GAME OF THE TOURNAMENT. This person
must bring the Approved Signed Roster (OWHA). They must also bring any Pick
up forms for players playing in the tournament but not on the team Registration
Form (OWHA Form). Pick up forms will be kept by the tournament organizers
to send in to the OWHA. If an Association wants to send all the Forms with one
person to check in that is fine also.
2) To accommodate teams Sheri or Len Perdue will be at the Plex on Thursday
November 26 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm to check over forms for any team that
wishes to do it then. Otherwise Len or Sheri will be available at the Plex at
7:30am on Friday to start checking in Teams.
3) I have included a Contact form for each team to fill out and return to me when
they check in. For the teams who have returned them thank you. The others can
fax it back in advance also if you prefer (519) 389-3817. This will give us a
contact with the team if there are any changes that we need to communicate to
them.
4) I will forward contact #’s for the arenas as soon they are available.
