What a run by the U13 LL#1 squad. With top spot in the round robin between 8 teams and 2 pools, a trip to the Semi-Final against Host team Kincardine LL#1. was set. They pulled off a spectacular win against our rivals (3-0) and we were headed to the finals against Saugeen Valley Steelheads#1 in the tiny town of Tiverton!
The final game was was well within the hands of the Storm, but Steelheads fought back and it went into Double OT. A Hard shot from the top of the circle from Saugeen Valley gave them the win. The boys fell short in securing their trip to Pelham. Congratulations for Steelheads. A Hard fought game and Tournament. Finalists once again.
