PeeWee HL Girls, U13 (OMHA), 2017-2018 (Saugeen Shores Minor Hockey)

The Ziegler Castle Lumber Saugeen Shores Peewee HL girls’ team is going to Ottawa!  The team entered the Hockey on the Hill Contest for a chance to play in the Bell Capital Cup Canada 150 Division and they won.  To win the contest the team entered a video and essay describing why they were deserving to represent the Southern Ontario region at the tournament.  Click on the YouTube link below to see the teams’ video entry.  The team entered the poem below as a twist to the essay portion.  The prize package includes playing one of the tournament games at the Canada 150 Rink on parliament hill.
