**The elected Executive Members shall hold office for a period of two (2) years as per Article 8.1c. Outgoing Executive Members are expected to participate in a joint meeting with the incoming Executive members.**
The election of Executive Members shall take place at the Annual General Meeting of the Membership. No election or appointment of an Executive Member is effective without verbal consent given prior to the election or appointment. Nomination Forms for the Executive shall be available each year prior to the AGM. A Nomination Form must be completed by all nominees and two (2) nominators who are Members of the Association in good standing. Nominations may also come from the floor at the Annual General Meeting. A member of the Association must second a nomination from the floor.
