LL#1 Travels to Tara
On Saturday December 5th Saugeen Shores Novice Team #1 traveled to Tara for a 9:00am game.
The Storm took an early 1-0 lead thanks to Jamie Kuhl and his great work in front of the net. Tara followed up in the second period with a goal to tie the match at 1-1.
At the start of the 3rd period Tara scored another goal to go ahead 2-1.
The game turned into an all out push for the tying goal with some
outstanding work shown by Riley Funston who pushed forward on several
occasions while still playing great defense.
In the end a tie was out of reach but outstanding effort was shown by all.
We will get them next time!
