Storm Travel Through Snowmageddon to Battle Grey Highlands C to Tie
The Saugeen Shores Bantam Girls HL Storm traveled through unplowed roads, white outs and heavy snow (dedicated parents!) to get to Markdale this afternoon to face the Grey Highland Shooting Stars C Girls and came away with a come from behind, hard fought tie in what was a fast paced, aggressive game.
Emma played great in net and Elly led the offense with two goals, one assisted by Andy (Wilson to Wilson) and the other assisted by Clara. A big thanks to Lauren and Ash for filling in today as the Storm were a bit shorthanded. The girls are wishing Gracelyn the best and hoping to see her back soon!
