Saugeen Shores displayed skill and heart in winning the WOAA Year-End Championship Tournament 29th & 30th March.
It was fitting that the championship game pitted league points leader Saugeen Shores against second place league points finisher Markdale GreyHighlands Shooting Stars. It was a game that would be decided by offence/defence/goaltending and Saugeen Shores won in all three categories with a dominating 2 - 0 victory. Congratulations Girls and good luck in the Provincials 11th - 12th April in Mississauga.
