Storm breaks a 4 game losing streak against AEMHA Ice Dogs White on Monday night!

Storm traveled to Paisley this past Monday night the 5th to face the Ice Dogs. The team went in with high hopes and confident. With excellent play making both offensively and defensively, Storm prevailed.
Storm begins the game with an interference penalty, leaving the team a man down. With brilliant back checking and poke checking on both lines, and our starting goaltender Josh Briggs (5) standing on his toes, foreshadows the rest of the game.
Jared Meyer (9) takes a beauty pass from Erik Johnson (8) and Jared Cameron (12) setting the tone at 8:23 in the first period.
Seconds later, Caleb McLaren (2) sets up in front of the net and scores off of Erik Joshnson (8) and CJ Plamer (11). Storm is on fire and all lines are playing great!!
Zac Vanhaelemeesch sees his centerman Jared Cameron (12) open and Jared answers making the score 3-0 for the Storm.
Second period shows three penalties back to back for both teams. The Ice Dogs get a breakaway during a line change, making the score 3-1 Storm.
The third period is a battle all of the way, excellent playing for both teams. An unfortunate hit from behind from one of our wingers leaves the Storm down a man for the remainder of the game.
The Ice Dogs close the gap scoring with 4 minutes remaining. 3-2 Storm.
Again with excellent defensive playing, CJ Palmer (11) receives a pass from Zac Vanhaelemeesch (15) and assures the Storm's second win of the season. 4-2 Storm
