Storm Triumph at the battle of Tiverton
And what a battle it was.... End to end action ...two great teams ...awesome goaltending and lots of goals.....
It was a cold St Andrews night in Tiverton. The two giants of Peewee C girls hockey met to do battle. Only one team was going to come out victorious and that was our Saugeen Storm Peewee C girls team. Kincardine played strong and came right back into the game at the start of the third period scoring s
two quick goals but the Storm came to life and, worked hard and closed the door on any more Kincardine attacks.
Fantastic goal tending, a determined defensive line and 4 great goals made it a 4 - 3 win.
