Unfortunately, The Rock got two quick goals shortly after and two more quick goals at the end of the period. The Storm went short handed early in the third and St. Mary’s scored in the next shift. The Storm went on the power play a couple of minutes later but couldn’t get anything going. The game would end in a 6-1 win for St. Mary’s.

Saturday evening, it was The Storm vs The St. Thomas Stars. The first ended in a scoreless tie. Playing three-on-three hockey, both teams played hard for the win but The Stars would finally score and get the 2-1 win.
