Hespeler Minor Hockey Olympics
The CAW Bantam BB boys team went 3 and 0 in round robin play to advance to to the Quarter Final game vs. Woolwich 4:45 today.
The Storm played Bracebridge Bears in their first game of the tournament yesterday morning at the Hespeler Memorial Arena. Final score 3-1.
Second game was played in the Preston Arena at 6:15 p.m. last night versus the Toronto Ted Reeve team with a win of 7-1.
Down two players this morning, the team rallied and played an excellent forechecking and defensive game to beat Hespeler 2-1.
In Quarter Final play today the Storm were unable to pull off another win and were defeated by a score of 3-2 in their game against Woolwich.
Great team effort and a good weekend of hockey!
