Road Hockey Game for Saugeen Shores Superfan
Hey everyone, this incredible Saugeen Shores Superfan has walked MANY miles across the community over the years to support us and our kids. She is surely an icon at events, from cheering from the stands or her special chair at the Plex, score keeping at the arena, and simply through her community spirit!
She can always tell you when events or games are going on, and never seems to forget a name or face over the years!
With Covid limiting events and access to facilities, our kids especially have been asking about her. We thought we would have a small group road hockey game at 1pm in from of her place (a short game because we all know she has places to be) and at 2pm have a drive-by parade to let her know we are thinking of her and miss her!! Please join us on Saturday November 7 at 1:45 at the parking lot off Wellington Street (between Elgin and Market streets), to send well wishes and make some noise !!
