Registration
Registration forms can be found in the Right Side Bar of the Main SSMHA Page under Forms and Applications. Please be aware that you must fill out THREE copies of the form when registering a player.
Note: Everything that is done in minor hockey depends on and revolves around the number of registrants. The number of teams we operate, the amount of ice we buy, the number of sets of sweaters we require, the number of sponsors, etc all depend upon the number players registered. The registration numbers are vital and the sooner we have these numbers the better.
