Information for reducing your risk of contracting and transmitting not only the H1N1 Flu, but the seasonal flu and common cold.
It is recommended that all players use their own, individual water bottles. They should be identified with either their name or player number. There should be no sharing of water bottles or use of common water bottles. Water bottles should be washed after every use.
The OMHA is also recommending that players leave their gloves on during the pre-game handshake.
Good handwashing reduces the risk of transmission.
The simplest rule to remember is - If you are sick - Stay Home!
